Your file picks the product, not you
The print assistant opens the file you dropped in and measures its page size and its page count. Then it ranks the printing options those measurements fit.

Page size in millimetres, page count and real resolution are read from the file itself — from the file, never from something you typed.

The best fit comes first: a 70×100 design surfaces as a poster, a 90×50 one as a business card, a long narrow one as a banner.
It says why not
An option that does not fit is not quietly dropped; it sits there greyed out with its reason — “3 pages — 2 at most” — so you know whether the file needs fixing.
How it works
Download it from Canva
Open the design and choose Download from the Share menu. For anything that gets trimmed, tick the print-ready PDF option; for posters and photos a high-resolution PNG is fine too.
Drop the file in
Open the print assistant and drag the file over. You can drop several at once and then tick which of them are one job.
Confirm the option
The assistant ranks the printing options that fit. As you pick paper, size and quantity the price updates on the same screen, so you see the total before anything goes in the basket.
We check it, then print it
When the order lands, a person opens the file and puts it through a pre-press check. If anything is wrong we write to you before printing.
Is a Canva file good enough to print?
The short answer is yes. The long answer is three headings, because two of the three usual objections to a Canva file do not apply here.
Colour
Canva exports RGB. So do we — every press file here is sRGB and the press RIP does the separation. You do not need to convert to CMYK first, and you are better off not doing it.
Bleed
Bleed depends on the product: anything trimmed needs it, envelopes and roll-ups do not — one is already cut, the other clamps into a cassette. The print export adds 3.175 mm of bleed, which is more than the trimmed products here ask for.
Resolution
If a small design has to print large, the best fix is to set the size in the design tool from the start. If your file does not have the resolution for the size you picked, the assistant says so before you order.
There is no automatic import
We say so plainly, because the rest of this page rests on it. There is no integration, plugin or app between us and Canva, and our server never pulls your design out of Canva on its own. You download the file — or, if you send a link, a person opens it and exports the file by hand. That is also the step where a design that would have printed badly gets caught.
- We never connect to your account and never ask for your password.
- There is nothing of ours to install; the download dialog is the design tool's own.
- Even when you send a link, our server does not open it: the link is stored with your order and a person prepares the file.
Not only Canva
None of this is tied to one vendor. A design in Figma, Adobe Express, Google Slides or a file in Google Drive downloads and uploads exactly the same way, and its link is sent the same way too. The only requirements are that a link starts with https and is open to view.
Cannot download the file? Send a link instead
The download dialog is awkward on some accounts and rarely works well from a phone. When that happens, send the share link to the design and let somebody here open it and export it with the right settings.
Sharing has to be set to “anyone with the link can view”. Viewing is enough to export from, so do not grant edit access. If the link is closed we cannot prepare the file and your order waits.
A link cannot be measured. Our server never opens it, so the assistant cannot look at a link and recommend a product — on this path you pick the product yourself. If you want the recommendation, you have to download the file and upload it.

Can you print my Canva design?
Yes. Download the design from Canva and drop it into the print assistant; we show you the printing options its size fits, with their prices.
I do not know which product to pick.
You do not need to. The assistant reads the file's size and page count, ranks the options that fit, and you choose from those.
Do you have an integration or an app with Canva?
No. There is nothing to install, and our server does not pull your design out of Canva on its own. You download the file; if you send a link instead, a person opens it.
Which format should I download from Canva?
For anything that gets trimmed, the print-ready PDF is best — it is the option that adds bleed. For posters and photos a high-resolution PNG is enough. If you are unsure, send the PDF.
What if my design uses paid elements?
Downloading a design that uses a design tool's paid elements can cost extra, and that cost falls on whoever downloads it. If you sent a link and we are preparing the file, we write to you before printing.
Can I send a link instead of a file?
On the products listed on this page, yes. But a link cannot be measured, so the assistant cannot recommend a product from one — you pick the product yourself and paste the link into the order form.
