Which file types do you print?
We accept PDF, Word (DOCX), JPG and PNG. PDF gives the most reliable result — Word files can shift slightly due to font differences; every file is checked by a person before printing.
How is the price calculated?
Per page: separate unit prices for black & white and colour pages, a multiplier for paper size and weight, plus binding if selected. With mixed printing you pay the colour rate only for pages detected as colour. The unit price drops automatically as total pages grow.
How do you detect colour pages?
We scan the pages of your file on the server and check each one for colour. So if only 6 pages of your 80-page thesis are colour, you don't pay the colour rate for all of it — the mixed print option handles this automatically.
What are the double-sided and binding options?
Single or double-sided printing; no binding, stapled, or spiral binding with a clear cover. We recommend the best fit based on your file's page count — for theses and reports, spiral binding is the classic.
When will my order arrive?
Printing and binding are usually done within 1 business day; shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on the city. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
What if there's a problem with my file?
