Pick a design, type your details

The card assembles itself on the right at full print resolution as you type. Every detail lands on the front; the back is kept for your mark.

Design

All six use the same details — only the arrangement changes. Switch whenever you like.

Hover a design to see its back — the details are on the front of every one.

Rules, bands and colour blocks use this colour.

Invoice details

Type them once and they land in the right places whichever design you pick. A field you leave blank does not appear on the card at all — not even its label.

Firm identity

The head of the card — and the mark on its back.

Copy the name from your tax certificate exactly — the invoice will be made out to it.

Logo (optional)

PNG, JPG or WEBP. A transparent PNG gives the cleanest result — especially on the designs that use a colour band or block.

Register

What somebody needs in order to invoice you. All of it on the front, in one glance.

This will be the largest figure on the card — a digit read wrong is an invoice that has to be cancelled.

Printed right beside the VKN, under a “V.D.” label.

Your registered invoice address, which may not be the shop you trade from.

Grouped in fours as you type, and printed that way so it can be read off the card.

Sole traders do not have one — leave it blank.

Everything you type is printed on the FRONT, so whoever is invoicing you never has to turn the card over. The trading name sits at the head, the VKN is the largest figure on the card, and the rest follows in labelled rows. Fill every field and those rows scale down to fit — nothing is dropped and nothing runs off the card.

The back is decorative: your logo, your name and your line of business on a quiet field. Nothing that has to be read is printed there.

The QR code is added on the back step, in the editor — the back is left clear, so there is room for it. That is where you decide whether it points at your e-invoice address, your location or your website.
