Wedding Seating Chart — every table, every name, at a glance

The board at the entrance of a wedding hall, an engagement dinner or a company gala: your title, your date, and table by table who sits where. Guests look for their name at the door, find it and go to their table; nobody has to ask the staff. Is your list already in a spreadsheet? Copy and paste it. Every line ending in a colon, like “Family Table:”, or starting with “Table 4” opens a new table, and the lines beneath are its guests; two spreadsheet columns (table, guest) work too. We show you what we read, row by row, and once you accept it those are your tables. You can also type the tables one by one and reorder them. Three layouts: the classic list in columns, round tables that read like the room itself, and a card for every table. Names are set in the order you typed them or in Turkish alphabetical order. We choose the largest type that fits the board; if your list is too long for that size, we tell you before anything is printed — how many names fit and which size would hold them all — rather than shrinking the names until they cannot be read, and we never cut one. 5 mm foam board for an easel, matte poster paper or heavy card for a frame. 50 × 70 and 70 × 100 cm portrait; 70 × 50 and 100 × 70 cm landscape, for a table top or a wide wall. Eleven palettes, from the ivory and sage of a wedding invitation to the black and champagne of a gala night.

The drawing is the designer's; the colour and the logo are yours. What you see above is what we print.
